What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing accurate BIM-level drawings using Archicad software
  • Coordinating with Architects across Studios to ensure seamless project integration
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Specifying materials and solving technical design challenges
  • Attending site visits and design team meetings
  • Collaborating closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD draughting and familiarity with BIM standards
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge
  • A team player with excellent time management skills
  • A curious mind and a passion for continuous learning
  • Excellent communication skills in English
