What You'll Be Doing
- Producing accurate BIM-level drawings using Archicad software
- Coordinating with Architects across Studios to ensure seamless project integration
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Specifying materials and solving technical design challenges
- Attending site visits and design team meetings
- Collaborating closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD draughting and familiarity with BIM standards
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge
- A team player with excellent time management skills
- A curious mind and a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills in English
