What you'll be doing
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Working closely with architects, engineers and consultants
- Delivering technical packages for steel frame, RC and traditional builds
- Leading on below-ground detailing, including basements
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
- Supporting projects through to site and build stage
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong background in RC, steel frame and basement construction
- Solid working knowledge of Building Regs
- Confident using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
