We are a high-quality residential building company specialising in domestic extensions, loft conversions, and full house renovations.
As we transition into a limited company and take on an exciting pipeline of new projects, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working Labourer to join the team.
You will be working directly alongside the business owner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience across multiple trades in a supportive, small-team environment where your hard work will be genuinely valued.
- Assisting with structural work, groundworks, brickwork, and timber framing for extensions.
Setting up and clearing down workspaces safely inside and outside residential homes.
Loading and unloading materials, keeping the site tidy, and managing waste skips.
Mixing mortar, concrete, and plaster to keep projects moving efficiently.
Respecting clients' homes by keeping dust, noise, and disruption to a minimum.
- Reliability: Absolutely crucial when working closely in a small team.
- Domestic Awareness: Polite, tidy, and respectful of homeowners and their properties.
- Physical
Fitness: Capable of handling heavy lifting, digging, and manual site work safely.

- Transport: A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle to get to local sites is preferred but if you are able to travel around Prestwich and Manchester in other ways please still apply.
- Experience: Previous building or trade experience is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
- Other: You will be required to provide your own work clothes and safety boots, however we will provide other PPE appropriate to keep you safe (gloves, masks, eye/ear/head protection as necessary).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with options for flexibility
- Location: Based mainly in and around Prestwich, with projects spanning across the wider Manchester area.
