Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (must be able to drive)
- Proven on-site construction and maintenance experience
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to carry out a variety of trades to a high standard
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills with great attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English with strong punctuation and professionalism when communicating with clients and colleagues
