About Us
We are an established maintenance contractor delivering works across council contracts throughout London, primarily in North West and West London. Our workload includes:
- Void property refurbishments
- Minor and Major building works, including bathroom and kitchen replacements
- External works, including fencing, concrete works and rendering
- General property maintenance
We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong background in maintenance and refurbishment who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Multi Trader Responsibilities
The successful candidates should be competent across multiple trades and be able to work independently within void properties, carrying out:
- General maintenance and refurbishment works
- Bathroom and kitchen installations and repairs
- Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and associated finishing works
- External repairs, including fencing, concrete repairs and rendering
- Identifying and reporting additional works where required
- Completing jobs to a high standard within agreed timescales
- Holds an Asbestos Awareness Certificate and CSCS card
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience within social housing maintenance, voids or residential refurbishment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own van is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a proactive approach to work.
