We are seeking a Mobile Garden Maintenance Team Leader, with a UK approved driving license, to join our friendly team. We take pride in the upkeep of high-end gardens and natural environments in SW London and Surrey. This is a great career opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a variety of outdoor spaces, with a keen interest in horticulture.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the Maintenance team
- Training team members in garden care and operation of garden machinery
- Ensuring schedules are adhered to
- Site management
- Communicating effectively and efficiently, with clients, office staff and other team leaders
- Carrying out seasonal garden care
- Mowing, pruning and hedge trimming
- Hard surface cleaning
- Management of vehicle care, tools & equipment
- Loading & unloading of garden machinery and garden waste
- An enjoyment of working outdoors in a natural environment
Requirements:
- A driver, with good leadership skills
- Physical strength (for working long hours)
- A "can-do" reliable attitude and good work ethic
- Good time management & punctuality
- Ability to meet the team in New Malden at 7 am each morning
- Driving licence essential (UK approved)
