- Ideally based near W5 / W4 / W3
Core Responsibilities
- High‑standard painting & decorating
- Make‑good works (plastering, tiling, flooring repairs)
- Minor plumbing (leaks, taps, WC mechanisms)
- Non‑notifiable electrical works
- Carpentry (doors, locks, handles, furniture assembly)
- Smoke alarm & safety compliance checks
Working Hours
Mon‑Fri: 8am‑5pm
Saturday: 8am‑2pm
