Join a practical, hands-on team as a Painter/Decorator, preparing and finishing surfaces on construction and refurbishment projects. You'll help deliver neat, durable results while working safely and communicating clearly with colleagues and clients. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and applying suitable primers.
- Carry out interior and exterior construction painting and decorating, including applying paint and other finishes.
- Protect surrounding areas, use tools and materials correctly, and keep the worksite tidy.
- Coordinate with colleagues to plan tasks, share progress and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Your impact: Careful preparation and consistent finishes help clients enjoy well-presented spaces and reduce the need for avoidable touch-ups.
Practical painting and decorating skills; construction painting experience is useful. - Clear communication skills and sufficient English to understand instructions and discuss work.
- A full driving licence and ability to travel between work locations are preferred.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
