PNM Gardening and Landscaping is a family‑run business looking for an experienced, hard‑working gardener to join our team. This is not a casual gardening role. We are looking for someone with solid gardening experience who takes pride in their work and wants consistent full‑time work maintaining gardens to a high professional standard.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional garden maintenance and represent the company professionally on site.
- Correct pruning of shrubs, hedges and small trees.
- Lawn care programmes and seasonal maintenance.
- Laying turf and basic lawn installations.
- Plant identification and plant care.
- Maintaining garden structure and presentation.
- Working independently to high standards.
- Communicating professionally with clients when required.
- Responsibility for tools and equipment.
- All scheduling, bookings and client management are handled centrally.
- Work across residential and selected commercial properties across South West London delivering reliable and high‑quality garden maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven gardening experience.
- Hard‑working and physically fit.
- Can work independently without supervision.
- Take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
- Reliable, professional and responsible.
- Holds a full clean UK driving licence.
- Looking for long‑term consistent work.

Compensation & Employment
