The Administrator (Compliance) is responsible for all administration functions connected to ESFA programmes. This role is additionally responsible for the completion and submission of all funded paperwork.

We specialise in both commercial and funded training and are proud to be nationally recognised as one of the UK’s largest private training providers. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, qualified Administrator to join our existing team.
The successful candidate will undertake the following main Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality and Compliance checks of enrolment and completion paperwork
Registration of candidates with Awarding Bodies
Quality and Compliance checks of monthly reviews
Ensuring timely submission of paperwork to prime contractor
Data input of new enrolments, reviews, completions, and leavers onto MI system
Point of contact for prime contractors for any data queries
Supporting training staff with any admin requirements they have
Claiming certificates from the awarding body for learners that have achieved.
Booking Health and Safety tests and applying for CSCS cards for learners that have achieved.
Sending certificates out to learners and prime contractors
Management of filing procedures
Running reports from MI system
Data cleansing of MI system to ensure 100% accuracy.
Taking inbound calls from learners, employers, and partners
The ideal candidate must possess the following Skills, Experience and Qualities:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to cope well under pressure.
Strong organisation Skills
Minimum of two years’ experience in an admin role
Enthusiasm in the workplace

Experience within the work-based learning sector.
Knowledge of ESFA rules and guidance
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and maths or equivalent.
