The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

The Administrator is responsible for the administration functions across the Skills Academy. This role will support engagement, learner support, delivery, compliance and general administration activities. The successful candidate will be required to cover admin for 3 days at our Derby Skills Academy and 2 days at our Nottingham Skills Academy, so much be willing and able to travel. Skills People Group are a national provider of NVQ’s, Programmes for the Unemployed and Compliance Training. We specialise in both commercial and funded training and are proud to be nationally recognised as one of the UK’s largest private training providers. We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, enthusiastic administrator to join our existing team. The successful candidate will undertake the following main Duties and Responsibilities: Registration of candidates with Awarding Bodies Quality and Compliance checks of monthly reviews Ensuring timely submission of paperwork Data input of new enrolments, employers, reviews, completions and leavers onto MI system Supporting staff with any admin requirements Support enrolment and engagement activities to ensure all documentation is compliant Management of filing procedures Taking inbound calls from learners, employers, and partners Obtain learner feedback to gather satisfaction, progression and destination outcomes To undertake general administration duties Data input of learner applicants onto PICS Quality and Compliance checks of enrolment and completion paperwork prior to submission Creation of learner accounts onto e-portfolio Data cleanse and quality checks of learner accounts within e-portfolio Daily submission of electronic registers to confirm attendance Booking requests for learner exams and test as required Compliance check and upload assessment booklets to e-portfolio systems Complete learner 1-2-1 ‘mid-point’ progress reviews (every Friday) Carrying out job search activities and updating academy jobs boards Updating of academy learner information presentations Preparing and issuing tutor paperwork in line with funder requirements Support with updating learner CV’s and job applications Assigning tutor cohorts on e-portfolio across multi trade disciplines Identify and report the requirements for ordering consumables and stationery as required Own all academy display and notice boards to ensure all up to date and relevant information is available The ideal candidate must possess the following Skills, Experience and Qualities: Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Proficient ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisation Skills Enthusiasm in the workplace In return, Skills People Group will give you: * A competitive salary * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays plus two days additional annual leave following two years’ service * Holiday buy and sell scheme * Employer contributory pension scheme * Health Cash Back Scheme * Continuous Professional Development * Annual Volunteering Day * Referral programme * Free parking * A challenging and rewarding role in a successful and growing business This position is subject to an enhanced criminal records check from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and will be subject to satisfactory clearance of this check Sorry, no agencies
