Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic

About The Client

They are a leading provider in the energy brokerage space, supporting SME and corporate clients across the UK in managing their commercial gas and electricity contracts. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Consultant to join their team.

Your New Role

As a Partnership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to grow the clients existing client base and drive new business within the Brokerage segment. You will focus on promoting and selling their energy brokerage services to businesses throughout the UK, playing a key role in the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with SME and corporate prospects to promote our energy brokerage services.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive research, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct high-volume calls and face-to-face (or virtual) meetings to close deals and meet monthly targets.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using their CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing strategies and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed to enhance market presence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential:

  • Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in commercial gas and electricity contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills to support pricing and negotiation.
  • Proficient in pipeline management and closing high-value deals.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
