I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a team of trade operatives across responsive repairs and maintenance works. This role will suit someone with strong trade knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience supervising teams within social housing or property maintenance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operatives and subcontractors delivering repairs and maintenance works
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget
  • Monitor productivity, quality and overall team performance
  • Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and ensure HSE compliance
  • Liaise with planners, office teams and residents to maintain smooth delivery
  • Support apprentices and help develop team capability
  • Promote high standards and a strong health & safety culture throughout

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative
  • Strong multi-trade knowledge within repairs and maintenance
  • Understanding of H&S, RAMS and compliance procedures
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance
  • Good IT and communication skills
  • CSCS card essential
  • SSSTS / SMSTS / IOSH preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
