It’s rare people plan their lives out with the intention of getting into recruitment – it is, we’ve got to be honest, but there a select few people who start a job in Sales and realise that they’re pretty good at it. The main problem is it can feel a little hit and miss when it comes to forging a career in any old sales job, which is where recruitment comes in. Recruitment you’re in charge of your own destiny – as cliche as that might sound. You get training in your industry, with a growth plan put in place, and then you’re coached and developed in a fully-fledged recruitment consultant who’s suddenly earning serious money with a chance to steer their career down a number of different paths. At Construction Resources we operate in the (yeah, you guessed it) construction industry, and we’re looking to add a trainee consultant to our trades and labour desk which, in short, means you’ll be sourcing, qualifying, and growing the desk under the tutelage of our top biller Kate. We’re open on salary, lets have a chat on it, for us it’s about making sure you’re a good fit and we’re going to be able to get the best out of, and for, you. You’re going to, ideally, have sales or recuitment experience but I’,m happy to hear from anyone who feels like they’re up for it. Interested? Worth a chat? Click apply and I’ll be in touch over the next working day
