About the Role

Our client is a leading property services and maintenance specialist, delivering responsive repairs, planned works and refurbishment services across the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across East London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be confident working across a range of general property maintenance tasks and take pride in delivering a high-quality, resident-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general property maintenance and repair works
  • Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations
  • Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Work within occupied and tenanted properties
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systems
  • Work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents

Requirements

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
  • Additional trade qualifications desirable
  • Part P qualification desirable
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing
  • Previous experience in property maintenance
  • Experience working within tenanted properties
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with PDA systems
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • DBS check or willingness to undertake one
  • Eligible to work in the UK
