Job Title: Plumber β Social Housing Location: Greater Merseyside Salary: Negotiable- depending on experience Job Type: Temp/Perm/On Going About the Role: Weβre currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join our responsive repairs and maintenance/ Planned works team within the social housing sector. Youβll carry out essential plumbing work in both tenanted and void properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard. Respond to day-to-day repair requests and emergencies Install, service, and repair pipework, fixtures, radiators, and sanitation systems Ensure all work complies with health and safety and relevant building regulations Deliver excellent customer service, treating tenants with respect and professionalism Maintain accurate records of work completed using a PDA or job management system Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector Valid UK driving licence What We Offer: Competitive salary + overtime opportunities Company van and fuel card Temp to Perm options Opportunities to work with reputable companies If you are interested, please apply today
