Our client, a market-leading specialist building contractor specialising in the provision of insulation works and ancillaries within the food industry, require an experienced Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager to join their established team in the North West.
Your next role will have an enviable and premium client portfolio and you will move to own your client relationships from inception through to handover and beyond. With a business model based firmly on repeat business, the delivery of project excellence is critical.
The majority of the company’s projects are based across the South West, North West and Lincolnshire, with schemes ranging typically from £250k to £3m covering both new build and remediation works. Sub-Contractor engagement is a critical element in this role so displaying a track record of subbie relationship development will be vital.
Built Environment Construction experience is essential for this role, having a portfolio of building in the food industry is advantageous though not essential.
