Our client is one of the largest property services clients in the Northwest. Due to an influx in work, they are recruiting for an experienced floor layer, preferably with experience in wet room installations laying vinyl flooring for their responsive repairs/planned works departments in the Merseyside area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Own tools
- CSCS or willing to complete e-learning courses - Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH
Desirable:
- Qualification in Floorlaying or Joinery
- Social Housing experience
- Experience with wetroom flooring installations
