Responsible for the coordination, submission, monitoring, and closure of all street works notices, permits, and related documentation required to support utility and infrastructure projects. Work closely with project delivery teams, supervisors, planners, clients, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme requirements, regulatory obligations, and client expectations. Provide effective planning, coordination, administration, and compliance support to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and without unnecessary delays or penalties.

- Prepare and maintain clear and accurate documentation to support safe project delivery.
- Ensure permits and notices are active, valid, and aligned with project programmes.
