Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Snagging Operative to join their team, working across sites throughout Merseyside.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in delivering a high standard of finish.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out snagging works on completed construction and refurbishment projects.
- Complete minor tiling repairs and replacements where required.
- Undertake filling, making good and sealing works to a high standard.
- Identify and rectify defects before project handover.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise with site management to ensure snagging lists are completed within programme deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Previous experience in a snagging role within the construction industry.
- Tiling background highly desirable.
- Experience with filling, sealing and making good works.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own van and own tools are essential.
