Due to an increasing workload and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

This is a key position within the business, supporting project delivery and ensuring the smooth coordination of contracts from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of contracts
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflow
  • Monitoring contract progress and reporting on key milestones and any arising issues
  • Assisting in the preparation, organisation, and management of contractual documentation
  • Supporting the project team with administrative tasks related to contract administration
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

Requirements
