Our client is a well-established construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Finisher Operative to join their team, working across sites throughout Merseyside. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in delivering a high standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out snagging works on completed construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Complete minor tiling repairs and replacements where required.
  • Undertake filling, making good and sealing works to a high standard.
  • Identify and rectify defects before project handover.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Liaise with site management to ensure snagging lists are completed within programme deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a snagging role within the construction industry.
  • Tiling background highly desirable.
  • Experience with filling, sealing and making good works.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Own van and own tools are essential.
