Our Client are specialists in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, Social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations. They predominantly work for social landlords and local authorities throughout the North West of England, providing the following services: Electrical Compliance and Auditing Electrical Testing (EICR) PAT Testing Fire alarm installation and testing Emergency lighting installation and testing CCTV and aerials Domestic & Commercial installations LED installations Street lighting installation and maintenance works Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes Refurbishments and renovation works Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating Extensions All aspects of DDA works Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA) They are currently seeking a skilled Joiner who can carry out 1st & 2nd fix Plumbing for a project based in Manchester, expected to run for approximately 5 months. The work is Joinery with Plumbing works such as Stud walls, boxing in, shower screens. Key Requirements: Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent) Must have experience working in domestic properties and be confident interacting respectfully in customers\’ homes Ability to work independently and efficiently Must supply own battery powered tools and Transport Benefits Weekly pay 39 hour week.
