Multi Trader Location: Hastings and surrounding areas Salary: Up to £40,660 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time About the Role Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and the surrounding areas. Duties Carry out general property repairs and maintenance Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs Work independently and as part of a team Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Requirements Experience working across multiple maintenance trades Competent in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs Experience working in tenanted properties Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant trade, or equivalent experience Full UK driving licence DBS check or willingness to undertake one Eligible to work in the UK Good customer service skills What’s on Offer Salary up to £40,660 depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel card 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays Pension and life assurance Perkbox £2,000 refer-a-friend bonus Training, development and progression opportunities
