A leading provider of energy efficiency solutions is seeking a detail-oriented ECO4 Submissions Administrator to join the team and help deliver high-quality submissions under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme.

Role Overview

As an ECO4 Submissions Administrator, you’ll be responsible for compiling, checking, and monitoring full ECO4 submissions across a variety of retrofit measures. You’ll ensure every submission meets strict compliance standards and liaise directly with UK Energy Suppliers to facilitate approvals and resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and submit complete ECO4 documentation packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scheme requirements.

Conduct thorough checks on evidence including photographs, declarations, and technical reports.

Liaise with UK Energy Suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely approvals.

Stay up to date with ECO4 guidance, Ofgem updates, and supplier-specific protocols.

Support internal teams with submission queries and contribute to process improvements.
