We are looking for a confident, hands-on Civils Contracts Manager to oversee residential infrastructure works across several housing developments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and can motivate teams to deliver high-quality results, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing roads, sewers, drainage, utilities, foundations and all groundworks across multiple live sites.
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work.
- Managing programmes, budgets, materials and resources to keep projects on track.
- Working closely with housebuilders, local authorities and utility providers.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM, HSEQ standards, and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering residential civils work.
- Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams with confidence.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/variations.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
- SMSTS/CSCS and a full driving licence.
