Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee contracts from initial negotiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Review and interpret contractual documentation, legal clauses, and project specifications to mitigate risks and maximise project success.
  • Ensure timely progress payments, variations, and claims are processed accurately and within set deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and perform regular audits to ensure contractual terms are being upheld.
  • Support the negotiation of terms in contracts.
