Do you know who the best drylining subcontractors to work for are? The quiet ones. The ones that go about their business with minimal fuss for maximum profit - they aren't chasing turnover they're just doing this correctly, efficiently, and are the perfect part of the supply chain for their clients.
We're partnered with a drylining contractor, based in Leicester, who operate in that way, and are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team due to one of their current team moving on - they're parting on good terms, don't worry. These guys don't hire very often, because they're not chasing glory and people don't leave very often, so it's a genuinely good opportunity to get working for a contractor who aren't going to burn you out and are going to give you the support and development you need to get to the next level - as they did with the last guy before he left.
You'd be looking at a salary around £80k - nothing set in stone but that's the ball park figure. Along with that you'll get a vehicle package, of course, and other bits and pieces. But honestly, the selling point to this particular vacancy isn't necessarily the great salary or way up to Commercial Director, it's how well looked after you by the business and its staff - we can't stress that enough, we've placed loads of people over there last few years, including the chap leaving, and everyone of them speaks so highly of the business.
Fancy finding out a bit more about the position or the business? So long as you've got drylining, ceilings, or SFS experience and are a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, then click apply and I'll be in touch.
