This is a key role supporting the commercial team by ensuring materials are efficiently sourced, scheduled, and delivered to support high-quality housing developments.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the material procurement process across multiple schemes, maintaining accurate budgets, schedules, and cost records, and contributing to the regional business plan. You will build strong supplier relationships, track market price fluctuations, and ensure materials are delivered to site on time and within specification.
