Our client is a well-established social housing subcontractor delivering a wide range of repairs and maintenance services, including voids, planned works, and disrepair projects. Due to recent contract wins, they are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join their team.

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance works within void social housing properties
  • Completing multi-trade tasks including plastering, joinery, plumbing, tiling, and kitchen/bathroom fitting
  • Proven experience in a multi-trade role within social housing or property maintenance
  • Ability to carry out additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, and kitchen/bathroom fitting
  • CSCS Card (essential)
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week
  • Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE Umbrella)
  • Consistent 40-hour working week
