OPPORTUNITY
Construction Resources is seeking an experienced White-Collar Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. This role involves working directly with the Managing Director and receiving one-to-one mentoring and training. Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, either as a Resourcer or as a 360 consultant. It is preferable the successful candidate has construction recruitment experience, particularly in permanent roles. You will have experience in sourcing permanent roles, proactive sourcing, and LinkedIn headhunting skills. The key attributes for the successful candidate include attitude, drive, and professionalism.
While the role has potential for career progression on the resourcing side or to a consultant position, we are looking for someone who enjoys resourcing and wishes to stay in that role for some time due to the high volume of roles they are managing.
Responsibilities:
- Writing job adverts for clients and advertising on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screening job applications.
- Searching job boards and using LinkedIn to approach candidates who may not be actively available in the market.
- Conducting screening calls with candidates to assess their skills and experience and match them to suitable roles.
- Writing candidate summaries and formatting CVs for submission to clients.
- Collaborating closely with consultants to stay updated on client hiring needs and find the best talent for their clients.
- Opportunity to learn Business Development and client management to become a full consultant in the future.
The role requires a hardworking and driven candidate with a strong focus on customer service and earning potential. Full support will be provided, and there is commission for each placement made.
