Passive Fire Protection Installation Teams Required in Southwest England. Due to the award of a major long-term contract, we are seeking experienced Passive Fire Protection Installation Teams (24 operatives per gang) to work across the Southwest of England.

Project Scope:

  • Sheltered accommodation schemes

The projects involve the installation and maintenance of passive fire protection systems to ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations and client requirements.

Contract Duration:

  • Initial 2-year contract
  • Long-term, consistent workload available

Requirements:

  • NVQ qualification in Passive Fire Protection
  • IPAF certification
  • Asbestos Awareness training
  • Proven experience working with these products and familiarity with manufacturers' installation guides, specifications, and quality standards
  • Established gangs of 24 operatives
  • Experience working in occupied and sensitive environments such as care homes and sheltered accommodation
  • Strong understanding of passive fire protection regulations and best practices
  • Long-term secured workload
  • Regional allocation to minimise travel and accommodation requirements
  • Opportunity to build an ongoing working relationship on a major contract
  • Relevant project experience
