Our Client are specialists in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations. They predominantly work for social landlords and local authorities throughout the North West of England, providing some of the following services:
- Electrical Compliance and Auditing
- Fire alarm installation and testing
- Domestic & Commercial installations
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes
- Refurbishments and renovation works
- Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating
- Extensions
- Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA)
They are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their Planned works team.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
- NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- CSCS is desirable.
