Within their Social Housing sector, they are looking for Multi-skilled plasterers to carry out maintenance and disrepair work including damp and mould on tenanted properties in the Manchester area.

Job role:

  • Carry out Plastering work as well as other trades on tenanted properties
  • Work a 39 hour week

To be considered for the role:

  • An NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
  • Able to confidently carry out other trades such as Joinery, plumbing, painting
  • Have a CSCS card
  • Own transport and tools
  • MUST BE WILLING TO CARRY OUT THREE COURSES BEFORE START DATE. (SMALL FEE TO BE PAID BUT YOU KEEP THE COURSES)
