About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operativesto join our growing team, working within the social housing sector. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance and planned services to occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, plastering, painting, ect.

• Undertake responsive and planned maintenance on social housing properties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson within the social housing or property maintenance sector.

• Strong skills in at least two trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, etc.).

• Full UK driving licence

• CSCS desirable

• NVQ trade qualification or equivalent
