Within their Social Housing sector they are looking for Multi-skilled Plumber to carry out maintenance and disrepair work including damp and mould on tenanted properties in the Manchester area.
Job role
- Carry out multi work as well as other trades on tenanted properties
- Work a 39 hour week
To be considered for the role
- An NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing
- Experience with full bathrooms and wetroom installs in a commercial and domestic setting
- Able to confidentlycarry out other trades such as Joinery, plumbing, painting
- Have a CSCS card
- Own transport and tools
