We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK residential developer for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy Commercial team within a growing Business Unit. This role supports the procurement, commercial, and contractual delivery of residential projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with procurement, cost control, and commercial management
- Scheduling and quantifying materials and labour
- Processing applications, payments, variations, and day works
- Supporting budgets, CVRs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete reporting
- Monitoring and reporting project cost movements
- Attending site regularly and supporting valuations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and H&S standards
- Industry-related qualification (or working towards)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- IT literate, COINS experience preferred
