About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client on their planned works team within the social housing sector.

Duties:

  • Undertake electrical installations including:
  • Consumer unit upgrades
  • Full/partial rewires
  • Kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades
  • Smoke/heat alarm installations
  • Ventilation and extractor fan installations
  • Carry out programmed maintenance works in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works in line with regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Work in both void and occupied properties
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
    • Comply with statutory regulations, internal policies, and current wiring standards
    • Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system

    Requirements:

    • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
    • AM2239118th Edition
    • Demonstrable experience, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector
    • Full UK driving licence
