About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client on their planned works team within the social housing sector.
Duties:
- Undertake electrical installations including:
- Consumer unit upgrades
- Full/partial rewires
- Kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades
- Smoke/heat alarm installations
- Ventilation and extractor fan installations
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in both void and occupied properties
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Comply with statutory regulations, internal policies, and current wiring standards
- Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2239118th Edition
- Demonstrable experience, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector
- Full UK driving licence
