Responsibilities & Requirements

• Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic plumbing and gas systems

• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively

• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

• Maintain clear communication with office staff and management

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Demonstrate good knowledge of heat pumps and related systems

• Work independently while managing time and workload efficiently

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified engineer

• Proven experience with gas and heat pump systems

• Valid UK driving licence

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
