We are currently looking for an experienced Domestic Plumber to join our growing team, working within the social housing sector carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties throughout the M25 area of London. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role for a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the contract, candidates must be willing to travel across London and the wider M25 region, as work locations will vary daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a wide range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnosing and repairing leaks, burst pipes, faulty taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
  • Repairing and replacing pipework and plumbing fixtures
  • Fault finding and resolving plumbing issues in occupied and void social housing properties
  • Minor bathroom maintenance and associated plumbing works
  • Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintaining excellent communication with tenants and site teams
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and properties are left clean and tidy

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber
  • Experience within social housing responsive repairs desirable
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Must be willing to travel across the M25/London area
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence essential
