Our client is one of the largest property services clients in the Northwest. Due to an influx in work, they are recruiting for an experienced floor layer, preferably with experience in wet room installations and laying vinyl flooring for their responsive repairs/planned works departments in the Merseyside area.
- Full UK Driving License
- CSCS or willing to complete E-learning courses: Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH
- Qualification in Floorlaying or Joinery
- Social Housing experience
- Experience with wetroom flooring installations
- 40 Hour week
- A Van and fuel card is provided
- Work phone and tablet provided
