Duties
- You will be reporting into the Head of Commercial.
- Assisting with cost planning and budgeting
- Preparing and reviewing estimates and cost reports
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and applications for payment
- Measuring works
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement
- Processing subcontractor payments
- Monitoring project costs against budgets
