The organisation continues to strengthen their delivery and project controls capability and seek a Built Environment Programmer with experience of facades who can bring structure, clarity and commercial intelligence to complex programmes spanning multiple group functions.
What you will undertake in this role:
- Developing and managing detailed phased schedules using Microsoft Project and ASTA.
- Sectors include Facades remediation, residential housing, high rise and social housing.
- Leading programming activity across three group functions, ensuring alignment, accuracy and accountability.
- Supporting PCSA processes with robust, data‑driven programme inputs.
- Building cost and resource plans that give commercial teams confidence and clients transparency.
- Identifying critical pathways, risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Driving cross‑group communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand programme intent and sequencing.
- Allocating resources effectively to maximise productivity and programme certainty.
- Ensuring all contracts are programmed to deliver and exceed customer expectations.
