Construction Resources are delighted to be working with a renowned national property organisation who seek an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering steel‑framed buildings projects across industrial and commercial environments. You’ll lead projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of steel‑frame construction projects £1m–£20m
  • Interface with commercial office fit out teams (Cat A and Cat B)
  • Manage programme, budget, quality and site performance
  • Oversee steel erection, cladding, envelope and associated civils
  • Coordinate design, engineering, fabrication and installation teams
  • Chair progress meetings and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage subcontractors, logistics and site resources
