Electrical Site Manager – New Build Housing & Low-Rise Apartments
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation works on a 60-week residential development in Stoke-on-Trent, comprising new build houses and low-rise apartment blocks .

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day electrical installation works on site.
- Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and labour.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme deadlines and quality standards.
- Liaise with the main contractor, project managers, clients, and other trades.
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Order and manage materials and plant as required.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, ideally within residential new build developments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and current regulations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
- Good communication skills with clients, site teams, and management.
- Valid SMSTS qualification.
- ECS/CSCS card.
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- 18th Edition and/or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
