Our client has grown to become one of the most reputable and reliable specialists within the renewable, heating, and insulation sectors in the UK.

They provide home improvements such as:

  • Wall & floor insulation
  • Gas boilers

Due to new work streams they are recruiting for Schedulers to join their eco team on a permanent basis within the Merseyside area.

Responsibilities

  • As a Scheduler you’ll take a proactive approach to achieve maximum productivity of operatives across multiple workstreams by managing appointments and responding to emergencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Your Hands on approach and can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer.
  • Scheduler facilitates the day-to-day bookings of work loads
  • You will be the first point of contact between tenants and operatives.
  • You will perform many administrative and logistical duties

  • Working within Eco is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
