You’ll lead projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of steel‑frame construction projects £1m–£20m
- Interface with commercial office fit out teams (Cat A and Cat B)
- Manage programme, budget, quality and site performance
- Oversee steel erection, cladding, envelope and associated civils
- Coordinate design, engineering, fabrication and installation teams
- Chair progress meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage subcontractors, logistics and site resources
