About the Role
We’re currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join our responsive repairs and maintenance/ Planned works team within the social housing sector. You’ll carry out essential plumbing work in both tenanted and void properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
- Respond to day-to-day repair requests and emergencies.
- Install, service, and repair pipework, fixtures, radiators, and sanitation systems.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety and relevant building regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, treating tenants with respect and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using a PDA or job management system.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector.
- Valid UK driving licence.
