Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (Cat A & Cat B)
Location: Peterborough
Contract: 4 weeks with potential of more
Start Date: 10th August

We're recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 4-week commercial fit out project in Watford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven Site Manager with a strong background delivering Cat A & Cat B office and commercial fit outs. You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial developments and refurbishment projects across the UK.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a commercial fit out project
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and on programme
• Monitor quality, progress and site productivity
• Carry out site inspections and maintain health & safety standards
• Liaise with clients, project teams and suppliers
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track
• Ensure a successful handover at project completion

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Cat A & Cat B commercial fit out projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Excellent organisational and programme management skills
• Ability to lead from the front and deliver projects to a high standard
