Passive Fire Estimator

Are you an experienced estimator with a background in passive fire protection? We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the sector who is looking to bring in a skilled professional to join their growing team in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates for passive fire protection works
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information
• Conduct site visits and surveys where necessary
• Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams during handovers

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Estimator within the Passive Fire or Fire Protection sector
• Strong knowledge of fire-stopping systems and industry regulations
